Refund Eligibility:

1-Campaign Kickstart, Social Media Boost, Data Analytics Deep Dive, Audience Targeting Package, Conversion Optimization Bundle, Video Marketing, SEO Power Boost, Email Campaign Excellence, Ad Spend Optimization, Social Media Management, Display Advertising Booster, Content Marketing Masterclass, Mobile Advertising Power Pack:

  • Refunds will be considered within the first 14 days of service initiation.
  • Refund requests beyond this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds will not be applicable after the completion of services.

2-Top-Up Services:

  • Refunds for Top-Up services will be considered if the additional funds are not utilized within 30 days of the top-up date.
  • Refund requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

3-Refund Process:

Initiation:

To initiate a refund, customers must submit a written request to our support team at customercare@praxisad.com within the eligible refund period.

Review Process:

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt.

Praxis reserves the right to deny refunds based on the nature of the service or product.

Approval and Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.

4-Exceptions:

Ad Spend Optimization:

Refunds for the Ad Spend Optimization service will be calculated based on a prorated percentage of the remaining budget not utilized.

Customized Packages:

Refund policies for customized packages may vary and will be communicated explicitly during the service agreement.

5-Satisfied or Refunded:

Praxis is committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services within the eligible refund period, we offer a “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results or the service, we will promptly process your refund, no questions asked.
